Light straw color, it's light than I thought
Nose Lemon tropical fruit, unorked
Acid 1-5 : 4
Body 1-5 : 1~2
I think food pairing is very important
Eating with Seafood platter, fish roe pasta
Neither too much nor too little.
This wine that became my standard white wine.
