Wednesday, April 17, 2024 - forgot to look at disgorgement date... will add later. deeply colored showing a lot of red varietal in there… pretty standard NV mousse… aromatically its red fruit dominated, quite a bit of fruit, noticeable minerality, minimal lees and older wines. on the palate high acids, a bit round on the midpalate (neutral oak or full malo or riper chard in there). balanced wine with very good length, great intensity, nice complexity. plenty of finesse, a very fine texture, excellent expression of place. really nice.
