Starts with a subtle apple note and shows fine gentle bubbles.
Dosage is very well balanced and allows for an excellent and precise expression of the fruit and terroir.
Fruity, fresh, lime with hints of chalk...

With a bit time

still an mostly apple driven bouquet with hints of raspberry.

Very crunchy punchy acidity with some dry extract in the mid palate.
Fairly decent long aftertaste and acidity lingers on.

The dry apple extract notes here a spoiling the profile a bit but otherwise tremendous intensity.

On the next day

Extreme intensity is somewhat gone but also the distracting dry extract notes.

Now its a very clean, nicely dense apple style champagne.
