Thursday, April 18, 2024 - Superb bottle for our first anniversary dinner. Huge coconut bomb when first opened, but after an hour of being open the blueberrries started come through and to coconut relaxed. Paired nicely with wagyu ribeye and after the raspberries had their say, the tannins got real grippy. Should have some good life left in it, wish I had more bottles.
