In the mouth, rich melon, tangerine, with vibrant acidity on entry. Fruit and zest carry into the mid which finds ginger tang and iodine mineral and white pepper spice. Active mouthfeel in a long finish with citric acidity playing with salt and spice. Deep sticky throatfeel with ample salivation.
