Sunday, July 3, 2011 - Decanted about 4 hours. Lots of asian spice and dark red fruit on the nose. This is followed by hints of forest floor and a touch of cola. Very spicy on the palate, with good acidity. There's sour cherry and raspberry on the mid-palate, and a earthy cola finish.
