Monday, October 1, 2012 - pale gold. Lovely nose of powdered rock and lemon curd. Light on its feet, lovely acidity and aged fruit with the mineral, powdered rock and lemon curd. Shows the Schlossberg terrior in spades. Persistent finish. Drinking very well now. Perfect with Thai food.
