Tuesday, November 20, 2012 - I have had his wine twice previously, 2yrs and 4yrs after vintage date respectively, this bottle was much more open than the previous two, which were 375mL, this was 750mL with 2.5 hr decant. Layered aromas with strawberry, herbs de Provence, black pepper and just a little bit of meatiness. Very balanced flavors, with anise on the long finish. 89- 91
