Monday, December 10, 2012 - Day 1: closed, earthy, super tannic, didn't drink much. Day 2: much better, fruity blackcurrant and cherry nose with a hint of floral note. Obvious minerality, like burgundy, with darker fruit of course. Strong acidity, tannins are still coarse but sweet. Lots of fruit but perhaps better with steak. From 375 bottle.
