Monday, December 10, 2012 - Initially quite lean and austere, smooth and well balanced but lacking in depth and flavor. One might mistake this for a light pinot except for the tannic bite on the finish. After 2-3 hours this fills out quite nicely, adding depth, complexity, and flavor. Not sure this is a great value at $25 but worth another look.
