Monday, March 18, 2013 - Still really young. Tasted when opened and was tight and sour. Decanted at restaurant and let sit for 1.5 hours. Was much more open but still not where I'd expect an 05 California Cabernet to be at this point. Still very backward and needs about 5 more years.
