Thursday, March 28, 2013 - Brilliant Golden in the glass. Obviously aged.
Aromas of Yellow, Ripe Fruits as Peach, Pineapple, Apricot.
Some Melon. Honey paired with Floral characteristics. Hints of Spices.
Rich, but subtle and elegant!
A lot of Minerality and decent Acidity comes with integrated Fruit characters of Apricot and Peach.
Nice, medium-long finish with, again, Mineral characters, perfectly integrated Acidity and hints of Honey. Some Anise.
Round and soft mouthfeel. Dense and complex on the (mid-) palate!
A beautiful Riesling on its first peak with an attractive play of Fruit, Minerality and Acidity. In perfect balance and comforting sitting in your mouth with nice texture and softness!
Drinks beautiful now, but is good for many years of development as well.
