Saturday, May 4, 2013 - Another great wine introduced to me by Garagiste. Really powerful tannins, after several hours of air, still really tight. Great cellar wine. Earth, gravel, wet stone, etc. Slather some BBQ sauce on chicken and enjoy this Southern Rhone
