Monday, July 1, 2013 - Shafer Hillside Select Vertical Tasting (Switzerland): Mature brick color. Malty nose with hints of green vegetables (peppers). It shows chocolate and is quite elegant but all in all too short for a Hillside. Good wine considering the difficult vintage. Drink now - 2015
