Saturday, August 24, 2013 - Nose: light tropical fruits, notes of coconut, pineapple, some stone, and some oak stump (old oak wood). Slightly mushroomy. Taste: about a 4 or 5 on sweetness, very nice tart entrance. Sweet peach, ripe apricot, fresh pineapple, clover nectar, vanilla yogurt (slightly creamy), canned mandarins orange in syrup. Delicious and made for after dinner sweets.
