Wednesday, October 9, 2013 - Promising Cabernet, but needs more time for the tannins and alcohol to integrate. Lovely, rich nos of brambles fruit and brown sugar, but I don't have the palate to detect notes subtler than fruit and spice box beneath the firm tannins. Hot! Giving this one at least another two years before opening another bottle.
