Tuesday, October 8, 2013 - 2010 Northern Rhones (+treats) at Ross' place: Very distinctive nose with lots of stems and green, and a saline, nori aspect - very umami - to go along with the more traditional dark fruit and smoke aspects. Similar on the palate - very stemmy and green (in a good way), savory and pretty.
