Friday, July 11, 2014 - What a wonderful transformation this has had in a year. Beautiful nose of lime, lemon, passionfruit, white flowers, and the early whiffs of petrol. Palate is similar with citrus and some more acidic tropical fruit along with green apple and other white fruits, with floral notes on the background. Acidity, fruit, and mouthfeel perfectly in balance and the finish is lingering much longer too. It does seem riesling doesn't shine until a few years, even if it's on the lower end of the price spectrum.
