Sunday, September 14, 2014 - CWS Wine Dinner (Sea Goose): I have to admit I really get the allure of most sparkling wines. This was quite pleasant, but I fail to see what made it special, other than the fact that it came from Champagne. I think I'd rather get a couple bottles of the Anderson Valley, or better yet, a couple bottles from the Loire or somewhere.
