Wednesday, November 26, 2014 - Popped and poured. Pale straw colour. Fairly expressive nose with hints of citrus fruit, green apples, seashore and chalky minerality. Still quite tight on the palate, but displays good precision and razor-sharp acidity on the medium+ length finish. Could in my opinion use a couple of years to put on some more weight, but further cellaring is really not imperative. Lovely! (89-91 points).
