Saturday, December 13, 2014 - I really like this wine. The nose displayed white flowers, white peach, crushed white stone, salty sea breeze and a hint of petroleum. Complete, complex, layered and rich, balanced palate. A mix of barely noticeable sweetness, sophisticated minerality, wonderful acidity with notes of white peach, apples, iodine, lemon and salt on the finish. Wonderful now, but can be cellared for a decade or two.
