Friday, July 24, 2015 - My last bottle. Color is starting to show just a hint of brown, but she is still quite fresh. There's a cool menthol tone on the nose, along with a hint of rootbeer and rhubarb. The palate shows a lively side, and is lithe and acidic. The fruit is all red apple skins and dark cherries. This is in a nice zone right now, but could still go for a while yet. Very pleasant and complete wine.
