Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Cherry, licorice and spice on the nose and palate. Well balanced. Leads to a medium to long finish with a pretty streak of Zinfandel spice. Medium bodied. Paired with pizza and wings.
