Sunday, March 27, 2016 - Had not opened a bottle of this for over 2 years. Ran through aerator to get started. First glass was still a little closed off. By the second glass things really started to sing. Medium body with a very refined texture. Beautiful bright Crimson in color. Great balance of flavor so including bacon fat, floral and red fruit primarily raspberry. Nothing not to like with this wine.
