Monday, July 3, 2017 - With grilled flank steak. Strong dark fruit on the nose, also some earthiness. Initial flavors of plumb, blueberry and a bit of oak. Secondary flavors of chocolate (muted), and some smokiness. Really nice wine and in a prime drinking window.
