Thursday, November 2, 2017 - In very nice shape. Color is light gold and the flavors are crisp; no signs of oxidization. Honey, apple, pear, cinnamon. Almost bone-dry but not quite. Not super-complex, and more or less missing that wonderful yeasty/doughy character, but still super refreshing and delicious. Improves considerably with air. Should go strong for at least another five years.
