Tuesday, November 28, 2017 - Scratching my head at CJM's note -- for me, this was an absolute star in the tasting room; drinking the last of the bottles I purchased there this spring, and enjoying it immensely. Dripping with full-malo butter, but not getting a ton of new/toasted oak influence. Gorgeous silky texture, waves of lime curd, a bag of buttered popcorn, and chewy dried fruit. Totally complete and classy. Heading back to their tasting room next week and fingers crossed they still have some out back..
