Friday, June 29, 2018 - Deep in color, rich on the nose, this wine really shows it’s stem inclusion (~30%), which Kurt uses to add complexity to the tannic structure. The California Bay is obvious, which balances the dark cherry, cranberry, and deep minerality. Love it!
