Wednesday, December 12, 2018 - Decanted 1 hour. Medium ruby red with a clear rim. With some coaxing, the nose shows fresh red and black cherries, baking spice and a touch of licorice. Gently sweet on entry with fresh flavors of mostly red fruit and lots of sweet spice. The flavors are persistent and nicely balanced. This is a lovely example that will continue to improve for several more years.
