Friday, December 31, 2021 - In no surprise, this was an entirely different wine compared to the L'Espirit. The Solera use really shows through as it shows off more rounded tones of toast, brioche, biscuits, red apples, quince, chamomile, nougat, frosted vanilla, spiced pears, green tea, and yellow flowers. The Medium bodied feel is well balanced and textured with tart, high acidity. This is a recent release, though I didn't catch the disgorgement date or base vintage. I'm certainly a fan of this as its a great Champagne that is quite different from the other main Champagnes from Pierre Peters.
