Tuesday, August 30, 2022 - Coravin'd a glass last week, pulled the cork a few nights later.Dark cherry and eucalyptus on the nose. Dry dusty tannins coat the palate, softening and making the wine more enjoyable with 90+ minutes of air.
No rush on this, there's plenty of time to let this age and enjoy.
