90 Points

Friday, September 9, 2022 - TM Mazoyeres vs Charmes Dinner. Bonus wine to try.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, purplish ruby coloru. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of moreish candied violet flowers, ripe red cherries, perfumed baby powder. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, powdery medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of candy, macerated ripe red cherries, crushed strawberries, sweet red plums. Powdery long finish.
Good quality. Captivating nose, but the palate gets increasingly (annoyingly) sweet candied with more air. May be one to drink and appreciate young.
