Thursday, August 25, 2022 - Bright gold. This was pure, liquid Manuka honey with marzipan, vanilla, citrus, pineapple and all kinds of other tropical notes on the nose and carrying through to the palate. Rich, viscous but with excellent lift and never overly sweet or cloying. Pure class. So enjoyable now but with the stuffing to cellar and improve for decades. Wow.
