Much better after 1.5 hours of air as the oak starts to fade and the berry and pomegranate flavors start to shine through. On day two, tannins mellow out, the juice is much less acidic and even more fruit-forward. Day three: should have finished this on day two. Very flat. I do not recommend drinking this over more than 24 hours.
