Thursday, September 22, 2022 - Light golden in colour. Nose is quite closed but after some coaxing one can pick out yellow grapefruit, lemons, honeysuckle and a hint of v well integrated oak. Medium bodied with a very fine and ever so slightly viscous mouthfeel. Remaining very dry yet deliciously yellow fruited with some salinity, perfectly pitched acidity and excellent balance. Really impressed and a bargain from the list. From Zalto Montrachet.
