Monday, December 27, 2021 - Stored in cool Whistler cellar less than 45 degrees F and part of a vertical tasting of Engel Clos Vougeot. Medium red with gorgeous ripe raspberry nose. Dense Regina cherry mid palate followed by a long lusty finish with impressive grip, dusted by Varmland barnboards. Best now to 2030.
