Sunday, September 25, 2022 - This was brilliant. Decanted for about 90 minutes and then consumed over a couple of hours. Smelled wonderful immediately, but did round out with the air - and a trace of fruit eventually appeared too! Mostly tertiary, like smoky leather in a damp cave, with some truffle too. A little bit of cassis on the palate, more truffle, clean and mineral, with a delightful, refreshing twist of Seville orange towards the finish. Didn't want it to end!
