Friday, September 30, 2022 - Opened and let breathe for an hour. No decant. Aromas of licorice, fine dirt, stewed prunes, and roasted green peppers. An absolute dynamo on the palate. It coats the tongue and mouth and just makes you want to talk and smile. Very ready to drink and enjoy. Paired with seafood fra diavolo.
