Thursday, September 29, 2022 - Minerals, lemon, chamomile, brioche, green apple, and bread on the nose. High acidity with a very fine mousse on the palate along with complex flavors of minerals and citrus. Long finish. Delicious and complex Champagne that’s drinking very well right now.
