Tuesday, October 11, 2022 - Ethereally lovely, youthful, fresh. Strong cassis initially, bright and youthful shifts to slightly more savoury and secondary, olive tapenade, soy, but then brightens up again around the 3 hour mark to reveal Amarene cherries and sweet umami truffled notes. Altogether lovely. Complete impulse open but glad I did perfect place. Tannins quite seemlessly integrated now.
