Tuesday, October 11, 2022 - Probably my first (quality) Romanian wine. Same grape as the Macedonian Temjanika and really show beautifully here - jasmine, iris, rock melon, baked yellow apple, quince. Palate is light, but lively, with just a nice grip to it. Touch of sweetness and salinity on the finish. Lingering. Yum.
