Saturday, October 15, 2022 - PnP, drank half with lamb burger, then finished the next evening with sausage & broccoli rabe pasta. Completely closed on the nose, with only some aromas of old oak barrels. Silky mouthfeel, with forest berry flavors and sweet tannin on the finish. Enjoyable, but underwhelming, considering the price tag and 95 point reviews. Hoping that my other two bottles improve with age.
