Thursday, October 27, 2022 - This is good, but feels incomplete and in a dumb stage. Fruit is good, perhaps a bit custardy. Acid is there, though a bit muddled. There's just a lack of energy at the moment, but after 40 min in glass this started to break through and open up. I'm going to wait another year and see what happens.
