Tuesday, November 8, 2022 - Is it too young? Probably. 2 hour decant. Had with carnitas (bad pairing, was way too hot on the palate).

Clay, cedar, floral and red fruit on the nose.

Palate is juicy blackberry, blueberry, turning to sour dark cherries on the back end . Medium+ body Medium+ tannins, medium acidity.

Have one more, will cellar for a few years and revisit.
