Friday, November 11, 2022 - This has gotten way better since I last tasted it (begining of 2021).
It's showing nice notes of beginning maturity. Quiet powerful on the nose with red apples, marzipan, browned butter and newly sawed, burnt wood.
The palette is apples with a nice strong acidity that lingers. Not as complex as the nose but very good.
