High acid.
Off dry (naturally) - balanced very well by the elevated acidity.
Intense aromas and highly complex.
Aromas:
Apricot, peach, nectarine, pineapple. All ripe and underripe.
Lanolin
Crushed rocks
Flint
Jasmine
Stone fruit blossoms.
