Sunday, November 13, 2022 - Nose is a nice mix of cedar and fruit. Plums and blackberries. non-aggressive tastes that is quite smooth with fruit that is easy to find but not overpowering. Faint notes of mint at the bottom of the glass. Perhaps a little sweeter than I'd want. Acidity is medium-low.
