Tuesday, November 15, 2022 - Struck match, lemon and white peach. Vanilla and gentle spice. Elegant and balanced on the palate, a touch of creaminess, taut acidity with a saline note and a long finish. Present but not heavy and will probably improve with age. Lovely.

Spontaneous fermentation of hand-picked grapes, whole-bunch pressed. 100% barrel fermentation in 20% new French oak and 100% malolactic fermentation with 11 months maturation in barrel.
