Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - Cork had failed and this was totally flat, but utterly brilliant. Minerally acidic drive, a touch of honey, crab apple, flint, rocks. I might guess a middle aged Mosel Riesling if I tasted this blind. Shocked how good this was, tongue numbing buzz of electricity.
