Monday, November 21, 2022 - Peppery, floral, minty and fresh, we're stopping short of Ricola, this explodes from the glass. However, on the palate, it's rich, and deeply fruity (blackberries galore) offset by wild herbs and balsamic spice. there's a hint of tannin ( Perfect for that cut of fatty meat) yet also a buzz of residual acids to balance. Everyone left the table happy!
